ELECTRONICS - [solder station protection]
Sometimes I forget to turn off my solder station. So I wanted to develop a solution for it, some kind of protection: a timer, which must be activated with a button. Once the button is pressed, the solder station is powered, and can work for a certain amount of time (like 30 minutes). The next pages describe this project completely. I based myself on the Velleman timer kit K2579.
I've mounted my circuit on a test board, so making a PCB layout would be a waste of time! Therefore, no PCB layouts are available for this project.
